Social responsibility

We are aware of our responsibility to our employees, the environment and society. That is why we are committed to sustainable development at various levels.

To ensure sustainable social and ecological development, the United Nations has defined 17 goals (Sustainable Development Goals). We use these goals as a guide for our corporate social responsibility activities.

Responsibility for the environment

  • We obtain 100% of our electricity from renewable energy sources.
  • We offset our CO2 emissions by purchasing emission certificates.
  • We use resources carefully in our daily work.

  • We treat all employees equally. We are guided by the principles of fair compensation.
  • We invest in the training of our employees. We contribute to the costs of specific training and further education.
  • We are actively involved in research and teaching. Several partners and employees work as lecturers.
  • We are committed to a pleasant working atmosphere and an appropriate work-life balance.
  • Every year we support two non-profit organizations with our Christmas donation.

Governance

  • All our employees have signed the ASIP Charter. The ASIP Charter defines the rules of conduct for pension fund managers.
  • In addition, we have internal governance guidelines that go beyond the rules of the ASIP Charter.
